NEW FRYOG TEACHER TRAINING COURSE IN DEVON

This course will run over two years and will be held monthly at Harbour House, Kingsbridge, Devon with occasional weekends at a retreat centre
on Dartmoor. If you have been doing yoga for at
least two years and are interested in training to be a yoga teacher then contact Sheila on 01548 559209 or email mumaji59@yahoo.co.uk.ÊThere
will be a maximum of 10 students so that individual attention and support can be given throughout the course.
A NEW FRYOG TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
STARTING THIS AUTUMN ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT
If you have been practising yoga regularly for at least two years and would like to either become a yoga teacher, or develop your knowledge and personal
practice further, then this could be the course for you.
The course will comprise eight 3-day residential weekends over two years, plus a commitment to a daily self practice and attendance at a regular yoga
class. Throughout the course we will cover asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and yoga philosophy through a combination of yoga practice, group discussions,
presentations and written homework.

The residential weekends will take place in a beautiful old converted stables on the Isle of Wight from 6pm Friday to 11am Monday.Ê The costÊ for the course
is £1,700 and includes all accommodation and food, tuition, admin costs, examination and assessment fees.Ê Due to the residential nature of the course,
I hope that it will appeal to people from a wide geographical area.

NEW FRYOG TEACHER TRAINING COURSE WITH SANNYASI SATVIKANANDA
Starting in March 2011 in Ottershaw, near Chertsey, Surrey
The course will run over two years and will be held on Sundays, usually one a month, at The Yoga Room, Otterbourne House, Chobham Road, Ottershaw,
Chertsey, Surrey. KT16 0QF.

Some of the best teachers started this course without any intention of becoming a teacher. ÊFor anyone with 2 years or more yoga practice this course is
a great way to enhance your yoga journey. ÊThe course will cover asana, pranayama, meditation techniques, mantra and yoga philosophy.

Course duration - 2 years.
Dates: 1st to 4th October 2010 (or 8th to 11th October - to be confirmed),
3rd to 5th December 2010, 25th to 28th February 2011 and 13th to 16th May 2011. (dates of the remaining four weekends will be decided amongst the group)
Cost: £1,700 - to include all accommodation, food, tuition, examination, assessment and administration fees.
Deposit: £700 Êto be paid on acceptance onto course.
Venue: St Lawrence, Isle of Wight (don't let that put you off, travel from London to south of Island can be as cheap as £8.50).
Times: 6pm Friday to 11am Monday
