Please contact the nearest Area Officer who has a list of FRYOG qualified teachers in your area.

How does FRYOG differ from other yoga organisations?
The Society was founded in 1970 by a section of the Yoga Institute of Santa Cruz, Bombay, India and later became a separate organisation led by Wilfred Clark who had been responsible for setting up the British Wheel of Yoga. A relatively small but friendly international organisation, it offers access to comprehensive yoga teacher training and other benefits such as group insurance for FRYOG teachers and we offer friendly yoga with a smile.
