YOGA DETOX

Shankhaprakshalana/Varisara Dhauti: YOGA DETOX, Shankhaprakshalana/Varisara Dhauti. This is a traditional deep cleansing
routine practised by yogiÕs during the change of season. We have an early start for this practice so arrive at 8.30am and it is important that
you do not have breakfast. To be undertaken in a group of friendly people who are relaxed and light hearted. The whole day is required for its

An Ideas 'Swap-Shop'
April 26th
Safely teaching, experiencing and adapting Asana (yoga postures) for those who have to meet physical challenges on a
daily basis. Teachers of all schools of yoga are welcome. This 'Friends of Yoga' Registration Day workshop is now held annually at Yoga Seekers. Initially
directed by Swamiji as a new concept in 1980 on behalf of Dr P. Buck (Elmbridge F.Ed. Principal) and subsequently as Teacher Training work- shops at
the Yoga Biomedical Trust in London, on behalf of Dr. Robin Munro. Bring your own notes of ideas and experiences to share with the group and discuss
